I bring you today on this post is a product that you can use to relax from a diffuser. What you would do is add a few drops to more depending on how strong of a scent you would like. I know the lavender for me personally helps calm and relax from a hard days work.
Other ways you can use essential oils is in massages. I would suggest to take 5-6 drop and massage it well in your hands to warm it up. Then go to the person and massage it into their skin. They will feel more relax from the massage and the oil used.
You could also add a few drops to your bathwater. I would be-careful when you get in and out of a tub if you do this you don't fall from the oil in the tub. I would also clean out tub after using this. Just so you ensure your safety.
There is so many ways to use essential oils but my final way is making your own lotions. It can get expensive buying them. Not to say some of them out there are not worth the money. If you are a person on a budget reading my blog this is a economical way to save. Plus if doesn't take a lot so you could make a bigger batch and sell them if you want.
