Please remember this is only a guide and if you are concerned to contact your doctor. What I like about this product is if you feel you might have gotten a little high of blood pressure from stress. You can test at home rather going into your local store and wondering who could be watching and seeing things. In a small town some people might be concerned for this. You can have the confidence no one will be looking over your should for how high or low it could be. I feel this is a great device to have and I have tested myself after certain foods. What I can say in my case some foods seem to change the level of my blood pressure. So if you are caring for a ailing parents this would be great to check.
