Hello again Obsessionista's today polishes is press samples. MTK Design is a brand new indie maker with handmade products on her site too. I had the honor of being picked to review 4 from the Cafe Collection. MTK Design is located in the United States. This collection is from Cafe Collection and inspiration of coffee's.
I am very impressed with the variety of polishes available in the MTK Design store. MKT Design are a 5 free polish. On today's post these polishes are avialable in mini or full size.
The minis come in 5ml bottles. You get the whole 4 piece set for $18.
The full size comes in 15ml bottles. You get the whole 4 piece set for $36.
This Cafe Collection Limited Edition Collection. There are only 20 sets available make sure you don't miss out on this.
I just wanted to add to make sure you are following me on Instagram. I know I haven't posted in a couple of months. I have now gotten a new phone and am still figuring it out. I will start posting again very soon. I will also be adding a new light box to the mix of my photos too. Thanks for the loyal Obsessionista's out there. Now on to the Cafe Collection.
Joe, Mocha Foam, Double Shot, French Vanilla Latte
Joe is a rich warm brown with a touch of copper shimmer. I have done two coats for full opaque. This shade reminds me of a medium roast coffee with out milk or creamer in it. Speaking of that this polish is scented like coffee. Now please don't hold it against me if you are up all night smelling your nail polish.

French Vanilla Latte is a champagne gold with a subtle pale green shimmer. This is a great shade to wear very sheer on your nails for daily jobs. It is just enough shimmer so your nails are not naked feeling. French Vanilla Latte is scented like french vanilla. When I smell my nails with this one I think of more coffee.

In the picture below I have taken French Vanilla Latte and then tipped with the Joe on the left. On the right I have done the Joe with the French Vanilla Latte on the tips. As you can see the pale shimmer is what is coming out of the french vanilla latte over the joe. I love how this turned out.
Mocha Foam is a creamy milk chocolate color with red shimmer. It is scented with cocoa to remind you of cold day and warming up with cocoa by the fire. I would consider this a light taupe and you could do a classic french manicure with this one. Remember choices are endless with classic white as a tip or go bold with a color.
Outside partial sun. The sun was trying to barely come through.

This is the best picture I got with the most sun I could get.

Double Shot is a dark espresso black brown color. The scent reminds me of espresso or a very strong coffee. Here is another disclaimer if you want to smell your fingers all night you will smell the coffee. Maybe it is a new way to stay up. I am totally joking with that last comment. I just had to throw you in a funny. There is a shimmer but is it so dark and hard to tell. I had to do index and pinky with four coats. With the middle and ring finger is 3 coats.
The one on the left has been named Mocha Foam not Mocha.

I have come to the end of this review. This was a press sample. I loved getting to try this coffee inspired collection. We had Joe (coffee scented), French Vanilla Latte (french vanilla scented), Mocha Foam (cocoa scented) and finally Double Shot (strong coffee scented).
I would love to know which one is your favorite in this post.
A. Joe
B. French Vanilla Latte
C. Mocha Foam
D. Double Shot

Here is a little something to know about when ordering polishes from makers during extreme heat or cold. I am going to tell you readers something some of you might not know. I come from a graphic arts background. I had to mix my own inks a long time ago. Viscosity can be changed in a polish from several factors. The viscosity is changed is by the extreme temperature change whether hot or cold. Also if just food for thought if you leave a polish with no cap on too. This also makes a polish thicker. When air gets to polish it is already drying and setting. This can effect a polish sometimes thicker. When a polish has also set over time polishes sometimes getting thicker too. So to revive those older or sometimes thicker polishes. You need to get thinner made for polishes not acetone. Acetone will breakdown the polish and not be able to be the quality it once was. If you use thinner start with one to drops in the bottle. Then what I do is roll and roll constantly for 2 mins. I make sure to flip the bottle so both ways are getting stirred around. After 2 mins open the bottle and try a swatch or see if it drips off the brush if it is still too thick repeat. It shouldn't take more than couple times to give a polish some life again.

Please remember, everyone has different experiences with different products. You just have to find the product that works for you! As I learned you just have to try different products, that may be for frustrating you but you will find some you really love.
Til next time I am Diana with Coloure My Obsessions. I have added other media sites so make sure you are following those to keep up to date with what is currently happening on my blog.
I will be doing more in the future with different nail art tools. Soon I will have a new indie makers polish. More group polishes when they get here also. Stay tune for what is coming next, as I am also working on many more surprises.
There will soon be beauty products and reviews. I have an awesome brush set I was sent that I will be reviewing. Be on the lookout for that very soon. I will also have another brush set that is the exact same as what I am reviewing that is also going to be available for a giveaway when my blog turns ONE. I am starting to work on a prize pack for the giveaway as well. If any makers would like to donate any polishes that would be great. I will be getting more into that later. Stay tuned.
