As we all take this time to ensure we protect ourselves, our families and friends we would like to share what we are doing to help safeguard our employees and our business in order to continue to serve the skin care community.
As of this moment, our supply chain remains unaffected by delays or shortages and we do not have any indication of problems on the horizon. However, we cannot guarantee that in the future we may not be affected in one way or another.
If we cannot fulfill your order in the future, we will send an email announcing the product availability on our official Amazon.com store. We do understand that this is largely for customers in the USA only, but again, we don't anticipate any interruption with our global fulfillment from our website sales.
If an order can't be filled from our site for any reason, we'll not only refund your money but also give you $50 to spend - on us - on your next order.
We have taken precautions in our fulfillment center by only having one representative working there and handling packages. The rest of customer service will be remotely working until further notice.
As you know, the success of the delivery of your shipment is at the mercy of different shipping partners once your order has left our fulfillment center. We have no reason to believe that our shipping partners across the U.S. will halt operations, but if that were to change, rest assured we would notify you immediately.
At the present time, we at SkinPro are doing business as usual while implementing extra preventative measures. In fact, we're taking this down time to enhance our web experience and we're happy to announce a new website will launch sometime around May 1. It will feature bulk order discounts and never seen before product combos.
Our thoughts are with you, your family and friends during this time and we know we will come out of this stronger and closer to our community than ever before.
