It is that time of the year when Ebates now called Rakuten has huge cash back opportunities. Right now certain predetermined stores have opted in. Tarte is currently having 15% cash back on top of 6 items preset discounted big time. The cash back is normally 4% for Ebates/Ratuken. Not sure if there will be a new set of 6 will be picked each day. These are only good till midnight 5-10-19 11:59 EST but, could change without notice.
